Submit your basic information to begin the RentCharlotte landlord verification process.
After you submit, we’ll email you a verification PDF and your Application ID. You’ll return to https://rentcharlotte.us/landlord-upload later to upload the completed form, listing details, and property photos.
What happens next
1. Submit your contact details and role.
2. Check your email for the verification PDF and Application ID.
3. Come back to finish the listing submission once your materials are ready.
